The customer service agents were not only friendly but also went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs, including a room change to suit my child's preferences. The property offered a variety of facilities and services, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.One standout feature was the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was a great help for both work and leisure purposes. However, there were some minor inconveniences, such as the staff's lack of knowledge regarding receiving emails through the business center. Nevertheless, the room was clean and well-equipped, featuring unexpected amenities like a fridge and microwave that added to the overall convenience.In conclusion, my experience at the hotel was satisfactory, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
